A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 4594,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 78-0230))
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, tentative parcel map number 78-0230, submitted by
Crowell-Leventhal, Incorporated, and consisting of 15 parcels, located
on the northeast corner of Jersey Boulevard and Haven Avenue, being a
division of Parcel Map No. 4256 was approved by the Planning Commission
of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on June 14, 1978; and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 4594 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met by entry into an improvement agreement guaranteed by acceptable
improvement security by Crowell-Leventhal, Incorporated as developer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said improvement agreement and
said improvement security submitted by said developer be and the same
are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said
improvement agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest; and that said Parcel Map Number 4594 be and the
same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present
same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1979.
