A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUC~MONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL YAP NUMBER 4788
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 77-0450).
WHEREAS, tentative parcel map number 1, submitted by Associated
Engineers and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the south side of La
Senda Road west of Carnelian being a division of Cucamonga Homestead
Association was approved by the City EnRineer of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the County of San Bernardino have now
been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel ~ap Number 478B is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to
the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 21st day of February, 1979.
