A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING AND EXE-
CUTING TWO QUITCLAIM DEEDS.
Acting on the recommendation of the City Engineer, the City
Council takes the following action to execute two Quitclaim Deeds in
connection with drainage and flowage easement.
WHEREAS, the subject matter of this resolution having been
duly considered, and it appearing that the following action is proper and
is taken in the best public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that it authorizes execution
and granting of two Quitclaim Deeds in favor of Hellman Avenue Associates and
L.O. Bliss et. al., respectively, involving the property which is fully
described in said Quitclaim Deeds attached; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that it authorizes
execution of said instrument by the C~ty Engineer for and on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1979.
