A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A UNIFORM CHARGE FOR
DUPLICATION OF PUBLIC RECORDS.
WHEREAS, the California Public Records Act and specifically
Government Code Section 6257 was amended to allow a city to impose a fee
not exceeding fifteen cents ($0.15) per page for duplication of a public
record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, shall impose a fee of fifteen cents ($0.15) per page for the
publication of any identifiable public record or information produced
therefrom.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following charges are established
for certain ordinances and reports for the City of Rancho Cucamonga:
Business License Ordinance ............................ 1.50
Subdivision Ordinance ................................. 2.00
Traffic Ordinance ..................................... 2.50
Traffic Accident Reports .............................. 4.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in addition to costs herein mentioned,
postage and handling will be added to those documents that require
mailing and that a minimum fee of $1.00 will be charged for any reproduction
requirement.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 1979.
