A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
FOSECO, INC. AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Minor Development Review No. 81-36, located on Santa
Anita at 7th Street, submitted by Foseco, Inc. was approved on November
17, 1981; and
WHEREAS, Installation of Off-Site Improvements established as
prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by entry into a
Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Foseco, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the M~ayor and the
City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1981.
