A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION
OF REVENUE SHARING IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT BUDGETED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga to appropriate at a public hearing the amount of Revenue
Sharing entitled; and
WHEREAS, the amount of Revenue Sharing allocated for Entitlement
Period 13 is in excess of the amount budgeted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that $57,433 of additional Revenue
Sharing Funds for Entitlement Period 13 be appropriated to support the
costs incurred under the contract for public safety services from the
San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1981.
