A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CARNELIAN
STREET STORM DRAIN CONSTRUCTION FROM CAP~NELIAN CHANNEL
TO DEMENS CHANNEL AND AUT~,ORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORE AND FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the construction of Carnelian Street Storm Drain from
existing Carnelian Channel to newly constructed Demens Channel has been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed,
certifying the work complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby
accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice
of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County and
the Finance Director is authorized to pay the contractor all amounts
due.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 1981.
