A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 81-154D
AND NAMING THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO WILL BE ALLOWED TO SIGN
SMALL CLAIMS COURT DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, in order to comply with the requirements of the municipal
small claims court of the County of San Bernardino, it is necessary to name
certain individuals as those persons authorized to sign court documents as
required on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
NOW, THEREFORE, the following named individuals are authorized to
sign all necessary court documents:
Jim Hart Administrative Services Director
Susan M. Neely Finance Manager
Chuck Varney Lead Business License Technician
Kathleen James Account Technician
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1990.
