A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, NAMING THOSE INDI-
VIDUALS WHO WILL BE ALLOWED TO SIGN SMALL CLAIMS
COURT DOCUMENTS RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSES
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
does resolve as follows:
In order to comply with the requirements of the municipal
small claims sourt of the County of San Bernardino, it is necessary
to name certain individuals as those persons authorized to sign court
documents as required on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
THEREFORE, the following named individuals are authorized to
sign all necessary court documents relating to Business Licenses:
Sandra D. Hackney
Mary A. Kuhn
Harry J. Empey
Business License Inspector
Clerk Typist
Finance Director
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1982.
