A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO APPROVE
AMENDING MAP, TRACT 13441 AND OFFERING A TIME AND PLACE
FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS THERETO
WHEREAS, the Amending Map of Tract No 13441, consisting of 115 lots,
submitted by Grupe Development Company, Subdivider, located on the northeast
corner of Victoria Park Lane and Kenyon Way, has been submitted to the City of
Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider, as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of
the State of California, and in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance
No. 28 of said City; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, does hereby that notice is given that on June 7, 1989, at the hour
of 7:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers at 9161 Base Line Road, in the City
of Rancho Cucamonga any and all persons having objections to the Amending Map
of Tract 13441 may appear and show cause why said map should not record.
Protests must be in writing and must contain a description of the property in
which each signer thereof is interested, sufficient to identify the same, and
must be delivered to the City Clerk of said City prior to the time set for the
hearing, and no other protests or objections will be considered.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1989.
