A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE STREET
IMPROVEMENTS FOR DIRECTOR REVIEW 79-64, TRACT 9567
AND TRACT 9436 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of street improvements for Director
Review 79-64, Tract No. 9567 and Tract No. 9436 have been completed to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed,
certifying the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby
accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice
of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and AD{)= ~ED this 7th day of October, 1981.
