A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
WALTER E. HELLER FACTORS, INC. AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME.
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 6911, located on the southside of

Arrow Route, 1698 _ east of Haven Avenue, submitted by Walter E. Heller
Factors, Inc. was approved on June 24, 1981; and
WHEREAS, Installation of a landscaped Median Island established
as prerequisite to subdivide has been met by entry into a Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Walter E. Heller Factors,
Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1981.
