A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA TO FILE AND SIGN APPLICATIONS AND STATE-
LOCAL ENTITY AGREEMENTS WITH CALTRANS FOR STATE-LOCAL
TRANSPORTATION DEMONSTRATION PROGRAM FUNDS (SB 140,
CHAPTER 24 STATUTES OF 1988)
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga desires to request State
participation in funding on certain projects qualifying under Senate Bill 140;
and
WHEREAS, said State funding may become available from Senate Bill 140
under the State-Local Transportation Demonstration Program for local agencies
that are able to provide matching funds from appropriate sources.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
Authorize the City Engineer to file and sign applications and State-
Local Entity Agreements with Caltrans for State-Local Transportation
Demonstration Program Funds (SB 140, Chapter 24 Statutes of 1988)
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1989.
