A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
EDWARD & FRANCES HOOVER AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME.
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 6645, located east of East Avenue,
south of Highland Avenue, and west of Devore Freeway, submitted by
Edward & Frances Hoover was approved on February 25, t981; and
WHEREAS, Installation of off-site improvements established as
prerequisite to subdivision of land has been met by entry into a Real
Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Edward & Frances
Hoover;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1981.
