A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 6645.
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 6645)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 6645, submitted by Edward
& Frances Hoover and consisting of 2 parcels, located east of East
Avenue, south of Highland Avenue and west of Devore Freeway, being a
division of a portion of the south 300 feet of the north 770 feet of the
west 330 feet of the northwest 1/4 of section 34, T.1.N., R.6.W. was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga;
and,
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 6645 is the final map of the
division of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and,
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
to approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now
been met;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said ~arcel Map Number 6645 be and
the same is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1981.
