A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, RELEASING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
DR. MELVIN B. KORNBLATT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
adopted Resolution No. 80-96 accepting a Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement from Dr. Melvin B. Kornblatt, and;
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement was recorded in official records of San Bernardino County,
California, on December 1, 1980, as document No. 80-273071, and;
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement is no longer required;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, does hereby release said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement and that City Clerk shall cause this resolution
to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino
County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1981.
