A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
CLIFFORD A. ROBINSON, A SINGLE MAN, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN
THE SAME.
WHEREAS, Installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk and pavement
established as prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met
by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by
Clifford A. Robinson, a single man, for 8797 Strang Lane, located on the
east side of Carnelian, between Hillside Road and Almond Street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of August, 1981.
