A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING A RE-
DEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA FOR STUDY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga desires
that the area hereinafter described be studied to determine if a redevelopment
project within this area is feasible, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that a redevelopment project
be initiated within this area should it be found that such a project is
feasible; and
WHEREAS, Section 23310 of the California Cormmunity Redevelopment
Law (Health and Safety Code, Section, 33000 et. seq.) provides that redevelop-
ment survey areas may be designed by resolution of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
does resolve as follows:
Section 1: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby designates as a Redevelopment Survey Area that area described on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Section 2: The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby finds that said designated area requires study to determine of a
redevelopment project within the area is feasible.
Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resoluEion.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 1981.
