A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING APPROPRIATE FILING FEES AND
APPEAL FEES AFFECTING THE CITY'S MOBILE
HOME PARK RENT MEDIATION PROCESS AS OUT-
LINED IN CHAPTER 8.10 OF TITLE 8 OF THE
RANCHO CUCAMONGA MUNICIPAL CODE.
The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves as follows:
SECTION 1.0 Filing Fee
A Filing Fee pursuant to Section 8.10.040 of the Rancho
Cucamonga Municipal Code shall be $15.00. Payment of this filing
fee will accompany the initial petition requesting a meet and confer
session as outlined in Section 8.10.060.
SECTION 2.0 Appeal Fee
The Appeal Fee as established in Section 8.i0.70 of the
Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Code shall be $300.00. Provisions for
payment ef the Appeal Fee are contained in Section 8.10.070 of the
Rancho Cu~amonga Municipal Code.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of August, 1981.
