A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA CREATING A COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE FUND.
W~EREAS, the City Council, in accordance with the provisions
of the California Community Redevelopment Law, desires to initiate a
redevelopment program in the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has designated itself as the Rancho
Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, said California Community Redevelopment Law provided
for the creation of a Community Redevelopment Agency Administrative Fund
for the purpose of accounting for administrative expenses of the Agency
and funds advanced therefore by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga that a Community Redevelopmerit Agency Administrative
Fund is hereby created for the purpose of accounting for administrative
costs of the Rancho Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency and funds advanced
therefore by this City Council.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1981.
