A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENTS FOR REIMBURSEMENT AND REACCELERATION OF
STREET AND STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 79-1.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has directed the continuation of Industrial Assessment
District No. 79-1 and;
WHEREAS, in order to complete the improvements within said
district in the most rapid and cost effective manner, and;
WHEREAS, certain developers have requested that they receive
reimbursement from the district for improvement constructed on an accelerated
schedule, and;
WHEREAS, to accomplish said reimbursement agreements are
required limiting and defining City responsibility in construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Reimbursement and Reacceleration
Agreements are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to
sign said Agreements on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1981.
