RESOLUTION NO. 81-59
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL
MAP NUMBER 6544, (TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 6544),
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY.
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 6544, submitted by Solen
Enterprises, and consisting of 3 parcels, located on the west side of 6th
Street, east side of Haven Avenue, being a division of a protion of Lots
13 and 14 of Section 13, T.1S., R7W, Map of Cucamonga Fruit Lands, recorded
in book 4, page 9, Records of San Bernardino County, was approved by the
City Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on December 22, 1980; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 6544 is the final map of the division
of land approved as shown on said tentative parcel map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by entry into an improvement agreement guaranteed by acceptable improvement
security by Solen Enterprises as developer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said improvement agreement and said
improvement security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said improvement agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga and the City Clerk to attest
to same; and that said Parcel Map No. 6544 be and the same is hereby approved
and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder
to be filed for record.
NOT APPROVED this 6th day of May, 1981.
