A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM
ROLAND L. TAYLOR AND CAROLYN A. TAYLOR, HUSBAND
AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SALVE.
WHEREAS, Installation of sidewalks established as prerequisite
to issuance of Building Permit has been met by entry into a Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Roland L. Taylor and Carolyn
A. Taylor, Husband and Wife as joint tenants for 8406 Orchard Street,
located on the east side of Sapphire, between Banyan Street and Hillside
Road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1981.
