A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE ROAD
IMPROVEMENTS FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 4869 AND TRACT 9403
AND AUTHORIZING THE PILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE WORK.
WHEREAS, the construction of street improvements for Parcel
Map 4869 and Tract 9403 have been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is to be filed, certifying
the work complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby
accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice
of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County for
Parcel Map 4869 and Tract 9403.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED the 18th day of March, 1981.
