A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A
REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN
AGREEMENT FROM JOE T. GUIDERA, JR. AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the conditions established by the Planning
Commission for D.R. 80-28, located at 8623 Etiwanda at its meeting of
August 13, 1980;
WHEREAS, Joe T. Guidera & Joyce L. Guidera provided a Real
Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement with respect to same,
a copy of which Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the
City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1981.
