A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, SUMMARILY ORDERING THE VACATION OF
A PORTION OF JASPER STREET
WHEREAS, by Chapter 4, Article 1, Section 8330, of the Streets and
Highway Code, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized
to summarily vacate a portion of the City Street hereinafter more particularly
described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council found all the evidence submitted that a
portion of Jasper Street is unnecessary for present or prospective public
street purposes because it has been superceded by relocation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereyby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby makes its order vacating that portion of Jasper Street on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, which has been
further described in a legal description which is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A", and by reference made a part thereof.
SECTION 2: That from and after the date the resolution is recorded,
said portion of Jasper Street no longer constitutes a street or public utility
easement.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of November, 1989.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed,
approved, and adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 1st day of
November, 1989.

That portion of Jasper Street as shown on Parcel Map 8785, in the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per Plat
recorded in Book 92 of Parcel Maps, Pages 98 and 99, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Highland Avenue and Jasper Street;
thence S O0° 37' 57" E 360.55 feet along the Jasper Street centerline; thence
N 89o 22' 03" E 17.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence N O0° 37o
57" W 130.47 feet; thence N 89o 36' 25" E 13.00 feet; thence S O0° 37' 57" E
130.06 feet; thence S 87o 47' 38' W 13.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Attached hereto and made a part hereof is a sketch entitled Exhibit "B".
