A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A FIVE YEAR PROJECT LIST
FOR THE LOCAL STREETS AND ARTERIALS SHARE OF THE LOCAL
SALES TAX TRANSPORTATION FUND PURSUANT TO THE REVISED SAN
BERNARDINO COUNTY TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT AND TRAFFIC
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (MEASURE I)
WHEREAS, the Local Transportation Authority and Improvement Act
requires the City of Rancho Cucamonga to adopt a Five Year Project List for
the local streets and arterials share of the local sales tax transportation
fund; and
WHEREAS, the San Bernardino Associated Governments has requested that
the initial such list be adopted at least 30 days prior to the November 7,
1989 election.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE the attached five year Project List labeled "Exhibit A", is
hereby adopted for the use of the City's share of the local sales tax
transportation fund.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1989.
