A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM GENERAL
DYNAMICS, POMONA DIVISION, FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIEW AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
W~EREAS, Development Review No. 84-49, located at 10900 East Fourth
Street, submitted by General Dynamics, Pomona Division was approved on
December 12, 1984; and
WHEREAS, Installation of Median Island on Fourth and Sixth Streets
was established as prerequisite to issuance of Building Permit has been met by
entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by General
Dynamics, Pomona Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Ranoho Cucamon~a, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San BePnardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this and day of January 1986.
