A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAI~CHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVERENT EXTENSION
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR PARCEL RAP 9498
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension Agreement
executed on December 1, 1986, by Reiter Ranker Gate~ay as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifxcally
described therein, and generally located on the northeast corner of Haven
Avenue and Fourth Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 9498; and
WRFaEAS, said Improvement Extension Agreement is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identifxe~ ~n
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
N(N, T!tFaEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Hancho Cucamonga, Californla, that said Improvement Extension Agreement and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Extension Agreement on behalf of the
City of Hancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
