A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCNO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVlNG PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT FOR PREDESIGN ALIGNMENT AND COST COMPARATIVE
STUDY FOR THE TURNER-HERMOSA STORM I!~AIN HITH HILLIAHSON &
SCtlMID CONSULTING CIVIL ENGINEERS AND LAND SURVEYORS
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga is desirous to de termxne the
economlc alignment and point of connection for the Turner-Hermosa Storm
to the existing Deer Creek Channel; and
WHEREAS, Williamsou & Schmid Consulting Civil Engineers and Land
Surveyors exhibit the professional capability and desire to perform a Predesign
Alignment and Cost Comparative Study to make recommendation of an economic
alignment and point of connection for the Turner-Hermosa Storm Draxn to the
Deer Creek Channel for a fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rsncho Cucamonga, California, to accept, appr~e and othervise execute a
Professional Services A~reoment with Williamson & Schmid Consulting Civil
Engineers for a Predesign Alignment and Cost Comparative Study for the
Turner-Hermosa Storm Drain for a fee not to exceed $18,900.00 to be paid from
the Drainage Fund.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 19~.
