A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, · APPROVING IMPROVENENT AI;REENENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13191
WliEREAS, the Tentative lisp of Tract No. 13191, consisting of 80 lots,
submitted by Lewis limes, Subdivider, located at the northwest corner of Tetra
Vista Parkway and Church Street has been submitted to the City of Rancho
Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as provided in the
Subdivision Nap Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requiresents of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WliEREAS, to meet the requiroments established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Nap of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement A~reement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Nap offering for dedication for public use the streets
del incated thereon.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City jf
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Nayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
