A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL HAP NUHBER 96~6,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL HAP NO. 9646), INPROVENENT AGREENENT, AND
INPROVENENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Nap No, 96/~, submitted by Dr. Irwin
Golden, and consisting of 4 parcels, located at the northeast corner of
Moonstone Avenue and Rillside Road, being a division of Lot 6, Block 13, Land
of Cucamonga Romestead Association, in the County of San Bernardino, State of
California was approved by the Planning Commission as provided in the
Subdivision Nap Act and is in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No.
28 of said City; and
I~HEREAS, Parcel Nap No. 9646 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Nap; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Nap, said subdivider submits for approval said Final Haj~
offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon.
NO~, lliEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That said Improvement l~reement be and the same is
approved and the Nayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and ,
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the offers for dedication and the Final Nap
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk ls
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 1986.
