A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, SUMMARILY ORDERL~4G THE VACATION OF A
PORTION OF A CITY DRAINAGE EASENEI~T
WHEREAS, by Chapter 4, Article I, Section 8330, of the Streets and
Highrays Code, the City Council of the City of Rmncho Cucamonga is authorized
to summarily vacate a portion of a City drainage easement herexnafter more
particularly described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council found from all the evidence submxtted that
said portion of said drainage easement, dedicated over one year ago has not
been used for its intended purposes; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rmncho Cucamouga as follows:
SECTIOI~ 1: The Council hereby makes its order vacating that portion
of said drainage easement as sho~n on Map V-064 on file in the office of tl~e
City Clerk of the City of Rsncho Cucamonga, x~hich has been further described in
a legal description which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by
reference made a part thereof.
SECTION 2: That from and after the date this resolution is recorded,
said portion of said drainage easement no longer constitutes a public service
easement.
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy o/this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, Col ifornia.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 1986.
