A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUNBER 10223
(TENTATIVE PARCEL HAP NO. 10223)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Nap Number 10223, submitted by Arical
Properties, Incorporated and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the northeast
corner of Sixth Street and Raven Avenue being a division of Parcel No. I of
Parcel Nap 6544 as per plat recorded in Book 65 of Parcel Naps, pages 63 and
official records of San Bernardinn County, State of California vas approved by
the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WREREAS, Parcel Nap Number 10223 is the final map of the division of
land approved as sho~n on said Tentative Parcel Nap; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have nov been met.
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Nap Number 10223 be and the sa~e
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 1986.
