A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAHCHO
CUCAMONGA, CtLIFORHIA, APPROVING INPROVEHENT AGREEMENT AND
INPROVENEHT SECURITY FOR TRACT 12952 AND RELEASING THE
INPROVENENT AGREENENT AND INPROVENENT SECURITY ACCEPTED ON
OCTOBER 15, 1986
WHEREAS, Tract No. 12952 located east of Haven Avenue vest of Deer
Creek Channel and South of Nighland Avenue, was approved by City Council on
October 15, 1986; and
WREREAS, the subdivider, Glenfed Development Corporation, has offered
the Improvement Agreement and Improvement Security submitted herevitb for
approval and execution by the City, as replacement for the security accepted by
the City on October 15, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
1. That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is '
approved and the Keyor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City sad the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
2. That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
3. That the Improvement Agreement and the Improvement
Security accepted on October 15, 1986, be released.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 1986.
