A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONCA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN ~REEMENT WITE SOUTHERN
PACIFIC TEANSFORTATION COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
CRAD~ CROSSING AT MILLIKXN AVENUE NORTH OF BASELINE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Rmncho Cucamonga has for its consideration an
agreement with Southern Pacific Transportation Company; and
WHEREAS, the a2reement provides for installation of a grade crossing
across said railway for Milliken Avenue north of Baseline; and
WHEREAS, the City hereby considers said crossing installation
essential to an orderly development of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be and the same is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to siKn same on behalf of the City
and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1986.
