A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAHONCA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVINC CHANCE ORDER NO. 3 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SKItVICeS AGREEI4RNT WITH L .A. WAINSCOTT &
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR HERNOSA AVENUE WIDENING AND RA~ILTON
STREET EXTENSION
IfitEREAS, The City of Rancho Cucamonga, California finds it necessary
to amend or change '~ontract Order gt85-122" for Professional Service Agreement
with L.A. Wainscott & Associates, Inc. for Hermosa Avenue Widening and Hamilton
Street Extension by issuing Engineering Contract Change Order No. 3; and
WHEREAS, L.A. Wainscott & Associates, Inc. desires to perform such
work as included in the subject Engineering Contract Change Order No. 3.
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga that:
1. Engineering Contract Change Order No. 3 to the
Professional Services Agreement with L.A. Wainscott &
Associates, Inc. be approved.
2. The ~4ayor is authorized to sign said document on
behalf of the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga.
3. Billings issued for such workings be received by the
City and payment made in the amount of the noted
change order.
PASSED, APFROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of Decamber, 198~.
