A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVINC A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREENERT FOR BASIN STUDY TO BE PERFORNED FOR THE VICTORIA
STORN DRAIN BASIN SH(NING THE EFFECT~ OF DISCHARGE FRON THE
PROPOSED ETIWANDA STORN ERAIN LINKS 1-2, 2-1, 2-2, AND 2-3
WITH WlLLIABON AND SCHNID CONSULTING CIVIL RNCINEERS AND
LAND SURVEYORS
WHEREAS, the City of Rancho Cucamonga desires to have prepared a
Basin Study prepared of the Victoria Basin reflecting the effects of
discharging storm water floes to said basin from the Haster Plan Storm Drain
Lines 1-2, 2-1, 2-2, and 2-3 for Etiwanda.
WHEREAS, Williamson & Schmid Consulting Civil Engineers and Land
Surveyors, response to a request for proposal desires to perform professional
services to the City for the preparation of said Basin Study for a fee not to
exceed $7,300.00.
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California to:
A. Approve, accept and execute a Professional Services
Agreement between the City of Rancho Cucamonga and
Williamson & Schmid Consulting Civil Engineers and
Land Surveyors.
B. The Hayor for ' the City of Rancho Cucamonga is
authorized to sign said agremaeut on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga with the City Clerk attesting
thereto.
C. The City Engineer of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is
authorized to forward the executed agreements to the
consultant and direct the work to proceed.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1986.
