A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAI4ONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVKI4ENTS
FOR TRACT 11626 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 11626 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifyinS
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the work is hereby accepted and
the City EnSineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardins County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1986.
