A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANClIO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREI~ENT AND
IHPROVENENT SECURITY FOR DEVELOI:~ENT REVIK'I/NO. 86-05
kIHEREAS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement ASreenent executed on
November 18, 1986, by Hartin Jasks Incorporated as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the southwest corner of Foothill
Boulevard and Spruce Avenue; and
I~HEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement AZreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Reviem No. 86-05; and
I/HEREAS, said Improvement A~reement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement ASreement.
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement AKreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Hayor is
hereby authorized to siKn said Improvement A~reement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1986.
