A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAHONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
P.~REI,~HENT FOR AN ALIGNMENT ~ND FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE
AREA VII STORM DRAIN WITH G.P.S. CONSULTING CIVIL ENGINEERS
~THEREAS, The City of Raucho Cucamonga desires to have an alignment
and feasibility study prepared for the Area VII Storm Drain; and
WHEREAS, C.P.S. Consulting Civil Engineers in response Co a request
for proposals agree to perform the desired service.
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council for the City of
Eancho Cucsmonga, California, that:
1. The Professional Services AgreeRent for an Alignment
and Feasibility Study for the Area VII Storm Drain
with G.F.-q. Consulting Civil Engineers is hereby
approved.
2. The Mayor is authorised to sign the same on behalf of
the City Council of the City of ~ancho Cucamong, with
the City Clerk attesting thereto.
3. The City Engineer of the Cit~y of Rancho Cucamonga is
authorized to forward the executed agreeRents to the
consultant and to direct the work to proceed.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1986,
