A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APFROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBKit 9481,
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9481), IMPROVEMENT ~REBXENT, AND
IMPROVEMENT 8~CUlilTY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 9481, submitted by Golden West
Equity Properties, and consisting of 2 parcels, located on the northeast corner
of Nellnun Avenue and Seventh Street, bein2 a division of Parcels 1, 2, 3,
5, 6, 7, and 8 of Parcel Map 6724, in the County of San Bernardins, state of
California, as per plat recorded in Book 72 of Parcel Maps, pare 22 through 24,
inclusive, records of said county was approved by the Planning Commission of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga on October 23, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9481 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by
enCry into an Improvement A~reement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by Golden West Equity Properties as developer.
N(]~, THEREFOliE, BE IT liESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamouga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreemenc
on behalf of the City of Kancho CucamonSa, and the City Clerk to aCteat; and
that said Parcel Map No. 9481 be and the same is hereby approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1986.
