AGREEI4~NT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT

i/HERKAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension Agreement
executed on October 22, 1986, by Lsis H~es of California as d~eloper, for
the impr~en~ of public ri2h~-of-vay adjacen~ ~o ~he real property
specifically described therein, and ~enerally lo~ed sou~h of Baseline and
east of Spruce; and
~, ~he installation of such impr~en~s, described in said
