IMPROV~4ENT SECURITY FOR DEVELOPMENT REVIK3/NO. 85-52
~IIEREA~, the City Counci 1 of the City o~ Rsncho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an ImprovemenC A2ree~ent executed on
October 2, 19~, by Mission Land C~ny as developer, for the impr~en~
public right-of-way adjacen~ to the real proper~y specifically described
therein, and generally located a~ ~he souKh~s~ corner of Sixth S~ree~ and
Pittsburgh Avenue; and
HRR~, ~he installation of such imprudence, described in said
Impr~menC ~resen~ and subjec~ ~o ~he te~ ~hereof, is ~o be done in
conjunction wi~h ~he develo~ent of said real property as referred ~o Planning
C~ission, ~elo~ent a. is No. S5-52; and
HH~, said Impr~men~ ~remen~ is secured and acc~panied by
good and s~ficien~ Impr~ment Security, which is identified in said
Impr~sen~ ~resen~.
