A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVENENT ~REKMENT AND
IMPROVENKNT SECURITY FOR IIVELOPMRNT REVI~ NO. 85-38
HIIERF. AS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on
October 17, 1986, by Scheu and Scheu, A Ceneral Partnership as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located at the southeast corner
of Archibald Avenue and Seventh Street; and
I/REREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Review No. 85-38; and
I/!]ERF.~, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
N(N, THEREFORE, BB IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement A~reement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Hayor is
hereby authorized to sian said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of November, 1986.
