A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO.
86-03F, CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, REQUESTINC AN AMENDMENT
TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF TEE RANCHO CUCAMONGA GENERAL
PLAN FROM MEDIUM RESIDENTIAL ( ~-14 DU/AC) TO LOW-MEDIUM
RESIDENTIAL (~-8 DU/AC), FOR 3.67 ACRES OF LAND, LOCATED ON
TEE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 1911] STREET AND ARCRIBALD AVENUE
WHEREAS, The City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing
to consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment 86-03F.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga City Council hereby makes the
following findings:
A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. The ~endment promotes goals of the Land Use Element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or
detrimental to the adjacent properties.
SECTION 2: The General Plan Land Use ~ap shall be amended as
follows:
o Assessor's Parcel N~ber 202-101-21, approximately
3.67 acres in size and located on the north side
19th St., west of Archibald, shall be changed from
~iedium Density Residential (4-14 du/acre) to
Low-Nedium Density Residential (4-8 du/acre).
SECTION 3: A Negative Declaration is hereby adopted based upon the
completion and findings of the Initial Study.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga City
Council does hereby approve General Plan Amendment 86-03F.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1986.
