RESOLUTION NO. 86-321
A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, DENYING RNVIRO~MENTAL A~SESSMENT AND
DEVELOFMBNT DISTriCT AMBNE~RNT NO. 8~-03, TEE CLUXMAN
COMPANY, REQUESTING A CHANGE IH TEE DISTRICT DESIGNATION
FROM MEDIUM (M) TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMBRCIAL (NC) FOR 10.7
ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF NIGHLAND
AVBNUE AND HAVEN AVENUE - AI~ 201-262- 28, 30, 31, 36, 37,
40, 41, 43
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of July, 1986 an application was filed and
accepted on the above-described project; and
WHEREAS, on the 24th day of September, 1986, the Plsnaing Commission
held s duly advertised public hesring pursuant to Section 65854 of the
California Gover-,~ent Code; and
WHEREAN, the City Council held a duly advertised public hearing to
consider all comments on the proposed Development District Amendment No. 86-03.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucsmon~a City Council canno~ make the
folioring findings:
1. That the subject property is suitable for the uses
permitted in the proposed district in terms of access,
size, and compatibility with existing land use in the
surrounding srea; and
2. That the proposed district change would not have
si~nificsnt impact on the environment nor the
surrounding properties; and
3. That the proposed district chan$e is in conformsnce
with the General Plsn.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga City
Council hereby denies Development District Amendment No. 8~-03.
