A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA DENYING ENVIRCtqMENTAL ASSESSMENT AND
GENER~tL PLAN AMENIIMENT NO. 86-03B, THE CLURK~ COMPANY
REQUESTING AN AMEN!~RNT TO THR LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE
RANCHO CUCANONGA GENERAL PLAN I~OM MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL (4.14 DU/AC) TO NEIGHBORNOOD COMMERCIAL FOR
10.7 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
RICHLAND AVENUE AND RAVEN AVENUE - APN 102-262-28, 30, 31,
36, 37, ~0, 41, ~3
~tEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public
hearing on September 24, 1986 to consider all comments on the proposed General
Plan Amendment No. 86-03B; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly advertised public hearinK at
consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment No. 86-03B.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamonga City Council cannot make the
folioring findinKs:
A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. The Amendment promotes goals of the Land Use Element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or
detrimental to the. adjacent properties.
NOW, THEREFORe, BE IT RESOLVED, that the aancho Cucamon~a City
Council hereby denies General Plan Amendment No. 86-03B.
