A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANG!tO
CUCARONGA, CALIFORNIA, RECO1OO~NDING APPROVAL OF GENERAL
PLAN AMENII~RNT NO. 86-O3C, AI4ENDING THE LAND USE wt. ID~NT OF
THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA GENERAL PLAN FROM MEDIUM-HIGH
RESIDENTIAL (1~-24 DU/AC) TO OFFICE FOR .75 ACRES OF LAND
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD, 1,125 FEET WEST OF
HELLRAN AVENUE
WHEREAS, on August 24, 1986, the Planning Commission held a duly
advertised public hearing pursuant to Section 65854 of the California
Covertruant Code.
~IKREA~, the City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing
to consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment No. 86-03C.
SECTIO~ I: The Rancho Cucamonga City Counci 1 hereby make s the
following findings:
A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. The Amendment prmotes goals of the Land Use Element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or
detrimental to the adjacent properties.
SECTION 2: The General Plan Land Use Map shall be amended as
follows:
Assessor's Parcel Number 208-241-09, approximately
acres in size and located on the south side of Foothill
Boulevard, approximately 1,125 feet west of Hellan Avenue
shall be changed from Medium-High Density Residential
(1~-24 du/ac) to Office.
SECTI~ 9: A Negativ~ Declaration is hereby adopted for this Ceneral
Plan Amendment, based upon the completion and findings of the Initial Study.
N(N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rencho Cucamonga City
Council does hereby approve General Plan Amendment No. 86-03C.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1986.
