A I~ESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCA)fONCA, CALIFORNIA, DENYING DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
AHENEI4ENT 86-06, REQUESTING A CHANGE IN THE DISTRICT
DESIGNATION FROM OFFICH/PROFES-qlONAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL FOR 3.56 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED ON TEE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF CHURCH STREET AND ARCHIBALD AVENUE
WHEREAS, The City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing
to consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment.
SECTION 1: The Rancho Cucamongs City Council hereby cannot make the
foliosing findings:
A. The Amendment does not conflict with the Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. The Amendment promotes goals of the Land Use Element.
C. The Amendment would not be materially injurious or
detrimentsl to the adjacent properties.
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga Ci
Council does hereby deny Development District Amendment 86-06.
PASSED, APFROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of November, 1986.
